- These terms and conditions apply to all credit card payments made to www.zexyway.com.
- By making a credit card payment to www.zexyway.com, or by requesting Electronic Communications, you accept these terms and conditions.
- www.zexyway.com may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amendment on its website at least 30 days prior to the effective date of change.
2. Authorization
By entering your credit card information:

Users / Models
The photos and text of advertisers ("users", "models") published at ZexyWay are provided by the users who are registered members of the Website, and who are responsible for the content of the advertisement, including the photos and the text.
Users are not allowed to upload fake pictures. If we find such a profile the whole account will be deleted immediately. If such an account has "Spotlight", active or "Featured" status the amount won't be refunded. Users can provide verification video and photos to prove that a profile is real. Verification video requirements are stated in each user account. The verification video is for internal use only and it will never be published. For untrusted agencies / clubs, we require at least 5 profiles to be verified to activate the account. If it is suspected that this is a fraudulent account, we reserve the right to deactivate the account at any time without the right to return paid advertisement, if it was purchased.
Users of www.zexyway.com are not allowed to upload any content showing genitals. Such pictures will be immediately deleted or blurred.
All models on this Website are over the age of 18 years.
We accept only members, independent model providers, model agencies and strip clubs on the Website. Model directories are not allowed to register any kind of profiles. If we find profiles that link to such sites, we delete them without any notification. We also don't accept registration of porn sites, cam sites, dating sites or any similar adult sites.
ZexyWay.com will manually review each post and pictures before it goes LIVE online. If we determine that the age of the model is in question, we will ask for ID and age verification and we reserve the right to refuse to post if the image does not fall into good business practices. All fraudulent ads will be deleted without notice.
Deleting and re-uploading the same girls, creating duplicate profiles, or deleting a whole account and creating a new one in order to reach TOP positions on the site is strictly prohibited. If we find an advertiser doing this, we delete them from our directory. The only allowed way to move profiles to the TOP of sections is to use the "Spotlight" or "Featured" service in the account of advertisers.
An Agency or Club can upload an unlimited number of models, but each model must be unique. It is not allowed to upload one girl more than once. Such profiles will be immediately deleted, and if the user does not respect our rules the account will be blocked.
Takedown policy — each advert has a "Report Fake" button. If you think the profile uses fake photos, the advert is fraudulent, or the content infringes copyright, etc., use this button. We deal with each report within 7 business days, however usually it is much sooner.
Verified Models
We as the administrator do verify profiles. These profiles have VERIFIED status. Each Model who advertises on our site has a "verification" option in the account. We require verification pictures and video, or a face + ID picture, as proof that the profile is real. If the model sends the required verification pictures and video, we give "verified" status.
However, please be aware that ZexyWay cannot and does not make any guarantees or warranties that either the advertiser in the pictures or any particular ad will be the same individual who shows up for any date arranged between an advertiser and yourself.

Report Trafficking
www.zexyway.com is wholly committed to raising awareness on the issue of human trafficking and engages in best practices and advocacy. In the event we become aware of any incident of trafficking, we cooperate enthusiastically with law enforcement and agencies involved in combating the abuse of human rights. ZexyWay has a zero-tolerance policy for child pornography or minors advertising or utilizing our site.

Content monitoring — all content submitted by users is reviewed by our content management team within 72 hours.
Paid Advertisement
Users may purchase banners and ads for advertising purposes. The cost of purchasing can vary according to the product, country, banner size and period of time. Payment options can be found on the advertising page. We need up to 48 hours to activate any advertisement after we've received the payment.

Refund Policy

Affiliate Program Agreement
In this agreement (the "Agreement"), the terms "Participant", "you" and "your" refer to you (the applicant), and the "Sponsoring Website" refers to the website from which users will link to ZexyWay pursuant to the Affiliate Program which has been disclosed to and approved by us. Participant herein shall refer to the Participant and any of its affiliates, publishers, or members of its network. You shall be fully responsible and liable for the actions of your affiliates, publishers, and members of your network, and any services or actions provided through an affiliate, publisher, or member of your network shall be subject to and governed as if provided directly by you. In this regard, we can enforce all remedial measures available under this Agreement, and at law, for breaches of the Agreement by Participant or its affiliates/publishers directly against the Participant.
We use a 50 percent affiliate program with the following conditions:
- 50% commission for every sale you refer: paid memberships and advertising.
- 360-day cookies — 50 percent commission even if a free member you have referred to us buys a paid membership or advertising several months later.
- 50 percent for all membership renewals and consecutive advertising sales within 360 days.
- Monthly payout — via bank wire transfer — last Wednesday of the month.
You need to have a bank account. Payout via bank wire transfer is fully automated every last Wednesday of the month, with a minimum balance of €200.
Chargebacks and fees — if an advertiser brought to ZexyWay by our affiliate issues a chargeback, the affiliate's payout for the next month will be reduced by this chargeback amount. The payout amount is also reduced by the bank wire transfer fee.
Each affiliate must provide a URL address from which they are sending traffic. The URL address is subject to approval. We don't accept websites which are not related to the adult business, or websites which violate the laws of our country. Independent model providers, model agencies and clubs are not allowed to create an affiliate account.
